The beneficiary agrees on the following contribution rates from the total budget of the project in the event of final approval, and it is calculated as the first payment for the project, to be paid by the beneficiary at the start of implementation.

1. 10% for budgets of $50,000 or less.

2. 15% for budgets between $50,001 and $100,000

3. 20% for budgets of $100,001 or more

The Higher Presidential Committee for Churches Affairs in Palestine has the right to reconsider any project approval in the event that the final budget exceeds 10% of the estimated budget. Therefore, all interested parties are requested to study their estimated budgets by the competent specialists according to the project type, before submitting the application.
